athletically, structurally, and mentally!
By selectively breeding our small band of hand-picked brood mares, our
focus is entirely on quality - not quantity. Our horses are large
boned, big hipped, and solid footed. They are conformationally correct
with unbelievable refinement and eye appeal… not to mention, a high
percentage of color. They truly are “gentle giants”. Big Valley
Quarter Horses are highly trainable and incredibly athletic. We like
to say that they are bred for “cow sense and not no
nsense”,
but in reality, they are ready to perform, compete, and excel in any
discipline - inside the arena or out.
